SPECIAL WOODEN MARIONETTES

The term 'Marionette' does not mean 'string puppet' as many suppose. Rather, it refers to 'little Marys' which were puppets used long ago in religious plays. By definition, Marionettes can be Hand Puppets, String Puppets, Ventriloquist Dummys or, in this case Rod Puppets. These wooden puppets, designed for ages 3 and up, are hand painted and come with a unique control handle that brings them to life. Princess Melissa (#M3888) are is about 9 inches tall (not including the control rod) and her Horse 'Sawdust' (#M3889) is about 5 inches tall and 9 inches long.
