You are on a narrow trail that winds upward along
the side of a mountain and you are trying desperately not to look

Suddenly you discover that the trail is blocked by a 10 foot high cyclone fence with barbed wire strung in coils along the top. There is a gate in the fence with a large sign attached to it, but the gate is not locked and swings open easily at your touch. As you step through the gate you are accosted by sudden feelings of impending danger and doom.
You notice a couple of electric counters affixed to the back of the sign. Upon closer inspection you see that they are labeled. They seem to be keeping a score of some kind...
You begin to wonder if you can succeed where so many other would-be adventurers have failed? You wonder if those fantastic rumors about dragons and flying machines and portals into other worlds can possibly be true? You wonder if you should go on ahead... or go back down the mountain before it's too late...
